Yes the accused has a right to file successive bail applications.The court entertaining such subsequent bail applications has a duty to consider the reasons and grounds on which the earlier bail applications were rejected ref the supreme court case law -Kalyan Chandra Sarkar Appellant versus Rajesh Ranjan @ Pappu Yadav and Another Respondents
